Castle One Stones are placed into the building with a boom and are set on the patented bearing pads and waterproof grout or mortar. The stones are hollow to receive an interlocking matrix of concrete during installation. The system provides a dynamic structural strength, walls that are handsomely finished on all sides plus unlimited architectural shapes and details. The typical stone is cast of 5,200 PSI in one of several natural stone colors and weighs about 400 pounds. We make other product lines that are manually set: light-block, brick, sills, pavers, tiles etc.

Castle One stones are both modular and highly customizable. We can provide computer generated drawings from your plans. We can also provide full architectural and building consulting if you choose. The computer generated modules and associated plans are the key to designing and building this advanced system. Each stone has its specific place in the structure, and therefore is custom moulded to include openings for interior outlets, fixtures and architectural details.

Structure
The key to the strength and rigidity of the Castle One structural system is the integral connectivity of the walls, corners, cornice pieces and other architectural details. This is possible because the continuity of the interior void creates a continuous concrete matrix joining all components.

Finish
The concrete formulation and moulding process produces a surface finish that looks like European limestone and can be tinted any stone color. There is no need for additional surface finishes such as paint, stucco, brick or drywall.

Scale
The Castle One system speaks to your need for security throught the scale of each modular component. The architectural mass of the completed structure is a result of each stone's contribution as a part of the entire structure.

Shape
The current component shapes are of a traditional style resembling Tuscan architecture. We have the capability to custom fabricate an infinite variety of shapes and styles. We look forward to the discussion of specific project requirements from an aesthetic or technical standpoint.
